+: The location and free shuttle made this a good selection.

-: The communication on how to find their kioskoffice at the airport was basically horrible. A simple map would have helped a great deal. The description of between the Hertz office and Starbucks did not take into consideration that there were multiple Hertz offices in the vicinity. The airport information and staff was worse, sending us in a different direction depending on whom we asked. The staff at the hotel seemed perplexed and unable to help when we called for assistance. Searching over a half hour for this very small office was very frustrating.

+: Beds were comfy and the shuttle bus was convenient.

+: Dormí tan mal que nada me.gusto. Se supone alojé para estar ahi una noche y descansar durante mi escala y nada. Mismo problema en todos los Marriot el.agua de la.ducha se sale y moja todo.I slept so badly that I didn't like anything. I was supposed to stay there for one night and rest during my stopover and nothing. Same problem in all Marriotts, the water from the shower comes out and wets everything.

-: Lamentablemente mi reserva no fue respetada, informando.que booking habia cambiado mi reserva y que ellos no podian hacer nada. Tenia reserva para dos camas queen y sólo tuve cama king para 4 personas. Solicité cambio de habitación y no accedieron. Yo mostrando Mi reserva y aun asi nada .Solicité cama adicional.y sofa cama. Sólo llegó cama. Dormí pesimo. Tv sin control remoto, toallas sólo para dos y 1 bolsa de Té.. Pero precio cobrado para 4.. Ningina respuesta del.hotel. Escribí porr dos semanas antes de llegar para solicitar traslado desde la T2 a la.T1 y nunca respondieron, mi vuelo llegó a las 23:00 pm. Tenian traslado gratuito incluido en mi precio. Pagé mi taxi. Recepcionasta desentendida de todo sin información y cero resolutiva. Por el.precio pésima atención y cómodidades.Unfortunately my reservation was not respected, informing that booking had changed my reservation and that they could not do anything. I had a reservation for two queen beds and I only had a king bed for 4 people. I requested a room change and they did not agree. Me showing my reservation and still nothing. I requested an additional bed and a sofa bed. Only bed arrived. I slept badly. TV without remote control, towels only for two and 1 bag of tea.. But price charged for 4.. No response from the hotel. I wrote two weeks before arriving to request a transfer from T2 to T1 and they never responded, my flight arrived at 11:00 pm. They had free transfer included in my price. I paid for my taxi. Receptionist unaware of everything without information and zero resolution. For the price, terrible attention and comforts.

-: El hotel no tiene muchas instalaciones (como piscina o sala de juegos, aunque sí tiene gimnasio), pero obviamente es esperable que haya pocas instalaciones ya que el hotel está dentro del aeropuerto.
