+: Fomos na nossa lua de mel e tivemos um tratamento bem especial. Nos deram um upgrade de quarto, colocaram uma faixa na nossa porta e deixaram champagne e taças no quarto e ao longo da estadia toda fomos extremamente bem atendidos.
-: Nosso quarto tinha vista para os jardins e quando chegamos tinham muitos mosquitos. Mesmo com repelentes, eu levei até uma picada no rosto. Em todo caso, quando notifiquei o hotel sobre o problema, vieram para fumegar um pouco de veneno e nos deram um repelente de cortesia do hotel, então no restante da viagem o problema foi resolvido, só de início que foi um pouco chato. Outro ponto sobre a localização, como nos informaram, o hotel fica mais para o sul de Tulum em uma região com maior acumulo de sargaço. Como fomos em uma temporada com maior incidência de sargaço, a praia que tínhamos acesso pelo hotel realmente não estava tão legal.

+: The breakfast at the buffet restaurant, the gardens, and the facilities overall were good. We enjoy the entertainment and animation team! El equipo excelente was amazing, specially Ricky and Eric!
-: Out of 5 restaurants, a few nights we tried to go, they were closed. We were not informed not all restaurants would be open every day. That was a bit dissapointing

+: We like how they cleaned our room daily, staff was very helpful and engaging in certain areas, the beach had a lot of spots for people to relax at.
-: We did not like how our refrigerator was not stocked daily, we had to call in to get more drinks. We also did not like how some of the workers made us feel uncomfortable. Our party was mostly minorities (Asian and black) and it just felt like they were watching us more than everyone else. If we were at a bar at night, they were never too far. This is only a concern, because we have never experienced this in any other resort.
