-: Getting a little old, lots of complaints about air conditioning, not enough places to eat on the ocean, someone broke into our room and went through my things. Despite saying they would get back to me-security never did.

+: El hotel es súper bonito, las instalaciones son muy cómodas, la playa es solo para el hotel y hay animalitos inofensivos en él que son muy bonitos. La atención en lobby y de botones es excelente, los restaurantes tiene comida muy variada y deliciosa, solo es necesario reservar en la mesa teppanyaki, incluso la comida de servicio a la habitación tiene muy buen sazón.
-: La atención en los restaurantes por parte de los meseros es bastante deficiente, al ser mexicano por lo menos en nuestra estancia, teníamos que hablarles porque si no no se acercaban, a diferencia que con los extranjeros siempre estaban atendiendolos, de igual manera nos vendieron el club prefered como algo super nice y pagamos y a la playa de ahí no se podia acercar uno por el sargazo y también la atencion deficiente
