+: Everything. A lovely setting on the beach without being gaudy or ostentatious. The view from our room and terrace was breathtaking. The room was spacious and comfortably, aesthetically furnished. Had everything we needed. The staff were friendly and helpful such as Eric who connected us with Pedro, the gentleman operating the tour service very near the hotel. Pedro helped my daughters and I with the perfect sea expedition which included snorkeling with turtles and later, renting a car for a journey to Valladolid. His caring attention to making sure our experiences were well suited to us and helping see to securing the vehicle were the next level in customer care.

+: Staff was great. Couldn’t help you enough. Location was right be all the restaurants and shopping. Could walk to everything.
-: There really wasn’t any were to swim in the ocean. Had boats anchored right in front of the condos so you couldn’t really get in the water.
