+: Fantastic rooms, and great service at the pool side bistro. Accessibility to various parts of the property via the golf karts was also frequent and timely.

-: Lack of technical assistance with reference to the room tv not connecting to netflix and other streaming services. Food in a couple of the property restaurants was quite average. Pools being closed at 5pm was also strange and unusual.

+: The resort is beautiful and recently renovated. Beautiful wooden details in the guestrooms, particularly in the signature casitas. The beach club and rooftop lounge are espectacular

-: El trato del personal fue muy malo, hice mi reservación y al llegar no tenían habitaciones disponibles, si no les pido que me asignaran una porfavor por qué quería descansar , la señorita de recepción me pidió caminar por las instalaciones y que me hablaba luego cuando ya tuvieran algo disponible y eran las 6:00 de la tarde.Luego quise ir a conocer la playa y le pedí a alguien del personal que me ayudara a llegar al punto donde se toma el tren y me contestó que no, que el no me podía ayudar, estaba perdida… Sin contar que no me especificaron en la reserva que también tendría que pagar por uso de instalaciones y pagar propinas por adelantado.En general fue una muy mala experiencia
