+: -Great value for the money-Beautiful property with a lot of nature-Nice pool, directly at the harbour-you can walk from the airport to the hotel! (15-20 min)-breakfast was good even for vegans-free water in the room-free shampoo, soap and body lotion-the noise from the nearby airport was no issue-beautiful view!!-everyday activities at the pool-luggage store after my check out plus staying at the pool was no problem at all
-: -the walls are very thin. I heard my neighbors blow-dry their hair and when people came home late at night.-the wifi was sometimes a bit unstable-no cheap food spots around the area-the room service came quite late (like after the official said hours) -the shower head was broke and the window was not able to open

+: We stayed here only one night and chose this hotel as it was near the airport. It was an older very dated hotel. Our room was clean as were the grounds. There was a restaurant on site but given that there were dozens of well priced restaurants in the marina - we chose to eat elsewhere. Reaching the marina area was very easy. We did not use any of the amenities. The pool was small but clean. I believe a shuttle bus can be taken to the beach. Checking was swift as was checkout. Our room was on the ground floor and we were careful to keep our luggage off the floor as there were ants. There was no fridge in the room and the furniture was very dated, old and stained. The evening was quiet and we slept well. The pictures make the hotel look much nicer than it actually is. We took a taxi to the airport and were careful to set our price beforehand - the driver quoted 150 pesos, but we countered back with 100 peso as recommended by the staff.
