-: La luz parpadeaba mucho q llega un momento que marea , la distibucion de apagadores y mesas no estan muy adhoc

+: The property itself is nice and clean.

-: I stayed here in July. I had to move out 2 nights earlier due to a power outage which they were not able to fix quickly. I was told that they would refund the sum. I have been in contact with the person named Thomas. More than 2 months afterwards and multiple emails, no proper follow up and no refund. Disappointing to see such unprofessionalism.

+: personal excelente, muy limpio, buen desayuno, buena ubicación,muy cómodo.

-: Totaal gebrek aan sfeer, meestal is er niemand aanwezig in de receptie.We hadden 3 nachten kamer met ontbijt geboekt, de tweede ochtend was de keukenhulp ziek en was er geen ontbijt, enkel een kan oude koffie. Er werd ons geen alternatief aangeboden of terugbetaling voorgesteld, zelfs een verontschuldiging kon er niet vanaf.Het hotel is nieuw en ziet er goed uit, maar daarmee is werkelijk alles gezegd. Te mijden.

-: During our last 2 days staying at the hotel we experienced a power shutdown. There was no more electricity meaning no lights, airconditioning or wifi. The owner of the hotel Adrian came by our room and offered to refund our last night because of the discomfort. However, after trying to reach Adrian and the hotel through multiple channels, they never responded. We are very disappointed by this. Power shutdowns happen frequently. All beds at the swimmingpool are broken.
