Set next to El Embarcadero pier in Cancún’s Hotel Zone, Oasis Palm - All-Inclusive has 200 m of private beach. This Mexican-style resort offers outdoor pools, a spa, shops and restaurants.
The air-conditioned rooms at the Oasis Palm feature a private bathroom. Each one comes with cable TV, and many have fantastic sea views.
The Oasis Palm’s 11 restaurants range from Japanese to seafood to Mexican food. There are also 7 bars, including a swim-up bar and a beach bar. Children can enjoy the kids’ restaurant and the activity program.
Numerous bars, restaurants and shopping centers can be found nearby. Other activities include Mexican cuisine courses and Tequila and Mezcal tastings.
Downtown Cancún is around 5 minutes’ drive from the Oasis Palm, while Cancún Airport is 20 minutes’ drive away. Trips to Mujeres Island leave from the port next to the hotel.

+: La cena en el restaurante los Agaves, estuvo rica y el personal de restaurantes y barra de alcohol se mide aparte, ellos si son muy amables. La playa es muy tranquila.
-: Está muy restringido el acceso a restaurantes, el personal discrimina y son groseros, la comida es muy mala y nos enfermamos del estómago , mi esposa mi bebé y yo, vomitaos y tuvimos diarrea desde el día dos de haber llegado. La consulta médica con un médico general es un abuso, cuesta $2,800.

-: Wifi only for 2 phones, Beach and access to beach is very good. Lots of updates require. Feels like a motel room. Very Few English Speaking staff, feel they discriminate based on region you from. Staff very tricky to sell there packages.

-: Para all inclusive, achei decepcionante, tudo era cheio, poucas opções de lanches fora do horário, a cafeteira só ficava cheia, as filas de reserva eram enormes e com poucas pessoas atendendo e só consegui agendar um restaurante para dois dias para frente,, apesar de.falarem que os agendamentos eram feitos sempre para o mesmo dia. Não pude aproveitar porque iria embora no dia seguinte.. Cheeck in e check Out sempre cheios.

-: 1- once you get there they hustle you to buy get the1.5 hr to buy the gold membership and ask you 20$usd to reserve 2- room to small for double bed and ac don’t get cold 3-shower head nasty and bearly water comes out 4- pool water stinks and close by 8 too early 5-breakfast ,lunch and dinner is the same food all over everyday 6-no way to make reservation (always they are full) 7-Agave restaurant open 1 day on our stay 8-all inclusive is not at all is a bait and switch to try to get you to upgrade for more money 9-location is great 10-building is old but nice I’m my opinion they should have more stuf to do with kids if they considered as a family hotel. One more thing the alcoholic drinks are very very water down .
