-: Leakage coming through ocean-facing windows during overnight storm, flooding sitting room and into bedroom area. Called maintenance and used room towels and ice buckets and garbage can to collect water. Maintenance staff were slow to respond (understanding it was in the middle of the night) and they only focused on cleaning up leakage in hallway and didn’t come into our room to remedy until we reached out to housekeeping in the morning. Kept us up for a couple of hours.I appreciate the role the sales staff has; however, I come on these vacations to relax and enjoy and do my own thing. If I’m looking for special amenities, I will seek it out and prefer not to be pressured every time I cross paths with a sales associate. We avoid the front areas because of this, but it’s not always possible.

-: The NOISE ruined our trip. You had some kind of a crazy party with someone on a microphone until 1030 at night the last night we’re there and we were looking for more of a peaceful setting. Daytimes are filled with loud YMCA gathering with someone on their microphone, screaming noise to a small group that seem to be enjoying it. I have to believe from when I was talking to other people that you were turning off more people than you were turning on by having all these festivities. You should at least advertise that if you want a nice setting what you have, but with a quiet setting, your place is perfect but yours is nothing but a chaotic noise infested party for the teenagers and kids. I was once there and I have kids and grandkids who would like that, but last night was overcooked with the guy on the mic so loud that we couldn’t even hear our movie. We will never come back.
