+: Sehr schöne Zimmer, sauber und gepflegt.Alle Mitarbeiter waren immer sehr freundlich, jeder Wunsch wurde erfüllt. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt!

+: Te space is beautifual, the staff super helpful and the room is simple, super clean and with great modern touches. And it has a hammock

+: The staff was super accommodating to my sister and husband who were traveling with their two kids. They went above and beyond to make breakfasts the kids would eat (no mixed fruit touching each other!) A special mention must go to the ever-patient and helpful Sofia, who had worked in the US as a caretaker for young children, anddespite working double shifts to cover a colleague who was out, was extra generous with her time and expertise in the area. She even made little goodie bags for the kids for their return flight home!

+: Venire qui è stata la miglior decisione che potessi prendere. Ogni angolo di questo hotel è curato e molto bello a vedersi: i suoi colori, la natura, gli uccellini colorati che si appostano sui rami degli alberi della struttura. Il personale è stato gentilissimo e mi ha sempre accolta con il sorriso sulle labbra. Hanno sempre saputo consigliarmi cosa fare nel pomeriggio e con che mezzi spostarmi. La colazione è stata eccellente: servono pane caldo tutte le mattine, accompagnato da burro e marmellata; yogurt con frutta fresca e granola; succo fresco e caffè. Per me è stato il posto perfetto dove rilassarmi qualche giorno. Anche se non si trova in pieno centro, viene data l’opportunità di noleggiare biciclette o motorini. Vi consiglio caldamente di alloggiare qui (:

+: Excellent et très bel hôtel, notre préféré de tout notre voyage au Mexique ! Personnel très gentil et attentionné, excellent petit-déjeuner face à la piscine.

+: The amenities , the staff, the location, everyone made sure I was ok!! Drinks were perfect, from Ricardo, Sofia and Samantha were so sweet and knowledgeable about what to do. Serjio was a pleasure to talk to in the morning breakfast. By the second day I felt at home! But with all the extra care! 💕 breakfast was enough to start the day, one free yoga class at Holistika. And Benito the hotel kitty!! 🌸 I’ll be back!

-: Need a little more care on the bikes (low light and old seats. But works just fine!!!

+: The hotel is clean and tidy, rooms are spacious and cosy, the interior design is beautiful, pool is perfect and the staff are super nice and helpful. The Holistica Yoga center is next door and first class is for free for tiki tiki guests. Breakfast is pretty basic.

-: Only the fact that they charged us for the coffee capsules we use in the room. Should be included.

+: L'emplacement est idéal pour demeurer au calme tout en étant proche du centre ville et des plages. Le personnel était très disponible et sympathique. Le cadre est très agréable et l'hôtel loue des vélos électriques pour se déplacer.

-: Le petit déjeuner est très léger et ne varie pas. Il faut payer un supplément pour avoir autre chose que le bol de fruit et les deux tartines. Pour moi ce n'est pas du tout un petit déjeuner continental.
