+: The staff was friendly, the amenities were beautiful and well kept, and the location on Cancun is as good as it gets.
-: It was the most expensive vacation we've been on. Even though we think it was worth it, we prefer going out and about in the town to eat throughout the day rather than all inclusive.

+: Beach was great. Snorkeled right in front of hotel in clear, blue water. Took advantage of the complimentary kayaks and paddle boards. Cabanas were comfortable and excellent service. Kids Club personnel were very attentive. Kids aged 5 and 8 enjoyed hat making and teepee night.

-: O resort está com um sistema de allinclusive que na verdade não é bem assim.Existem muitas ofertas de coisas que vc pensa estar incluindo, quando vai ver te cobram custo adcional.Alguns funcionários precisam de melhores treinamentos sobre como tratar os hospedes.Fui muito maltratado por um atendente do bar da piscina de nome Jorge, essa pessoa não tem condições nenhuma de trabalhar aonde está.Fiquei muito decepcionado com o sv do hotel, não voltaria.
