-: Pressure to go to time share. Trying to sell upgrades. Restrictions on use of facilities. Staff not friendly. Food repeated after 7 days. When something dish ran out, many times it was not replaced. No chairs at the beach or pool if you didn't come early.

+: The buffets were great. The Brazillian and Japanese restaurants were amazing. The pool beautiful. We enjoyed seeing coatis and flamingos and all the lush greenery. The taco shop in the shopping center were amazing, the coffee shop as well. All of the staff were friendly, helpful. Yonathan Sanchez, our concierge was great.
-: One thing was disappointing. Our flight had been delayed. By the time we got in and settled, the buffets had closed, since we had not made a reservation at a restaurant, there was no place to get anything to eat, even snacks. Room service was not available at our hotel.

-: Me pusieron en un bloque en obras, en un bloque donde la mayoria de habitacion estaban en obras en ese momento, con lo que supone de ruidos y suciedad. Desayuno muy bien pero el resto de comidas y cenas muy mediocre.
