+: Die Lage in Mérida war sehr gut, der Empfang sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

-: Der Pool war wirklich winzig.

+: excelente atención del personal, muy amables, el hotel es muy limpio y la ubicación es excelente

-: la piscina exterior no tiene para templar el agua, el aire acondicionado tenía un sonido muy fuerte y la regadera es muy incómoda

-: Tenia una expectativa muy alta del hotel, sin embargo, al momento de la llegada no servia un foco, el ventilador del baño no funciono, toda el agua de la regadera se salió mojando todo el baño, el shampoo del hotel lo use y dejo el cabello de verdad muy mal. El colchón muy duro y faltaban almohadas.

+: A clean and comfortable room not far from La Negrita. I loved opening up the big glass sliding doors and listening to the tunes wafting into the room from La Negrita. Its wasn't loud but just a beautiful sound (thast didn't keep going all night or anything) I see that as a positive

-: Nothing to complain about. You get what you pay for and I think this hotel is worth it's value.
