-: The staff, The hotels timeshare pushers. We should have been notified about a tropical storm had arrived. We could not do anything water activities. We were stuck paying high price meals at the hotel. And at check out they tell us we owe for one meal that wasn’t paid for. We paid for all meals but only one meal on the first day because the restaurant hostess scanned my wrist band and told us we had credit and there is no charge. They wouldn’t let us leave unless paid for. There customer service was bad. Booking.com only given me a $25 credit and sent a small bottle of tequila AND WE DON’T DRINK!!!I want a refund of $63 for the meal I should have not paid for because we were told it was a credit. I will reconsider using Book.com again.
