+: Right on the beach. Nice pool area. Big room with big bed. Bell boy was very helpful on check out who came and helped me transport my bags to checkout and was very friendly. Kept an eye out on my transport.

-: Buffet breakfast was included but it was okay, nothing special. Some breakfast staples like toast and bacon weren't provided. Room had a kitchen (sink, fridge, microwave) but no cutlery or dishes which was unusual. On check-in the attendant didn't advise that my room was in the third tower - hard to find room whilst carrying lots of bags. Long walk to hotel lobby.

+: Playa y ubicación inmejorable. Cerca de todo lo turístico y frente a la mejor playa del área.

+: Lo único bueno que tenía es que esta al frente del mar y la pileta. Pero está tan lleno el hotel que no alcanza las reposeras ni de la playa ni de la pileta para recostarse.

-: Desde que llegamos nos dieron una habitación que cuando fuimos la puerta estaba abierta, fallaba la puerta, no cerraba y no era la habitación que contrate. Cuando hago el reclamo había una cola enorme para hacer el check in, en vez de tomarnos como prioridad y nos resuelvan el problema, tuve que esperar una hora que nos atiendan cuando habiamos llegado temprano. Juntan en una misma cola la gente de check in y check out, si estas apurado por un vuelo no se como haces. Nos dijeron que la habitación se entrega entre las 15hs y 16hs, Cuando se entrega 15hs no después. Nos cambiaron a otra habitación horrible! a las 16hs recién cuando llegamos a las 13hs. La habitación quedaba como a 2 cuadras del lobby, tenía una puerta dentro de la habitación cerrada que comunicaba con la habitación del lado donde se escucha todos los gritos, me parece re inseguro para dejar tus cosas, el baño horrible tenía una bañadera vieja rota como las casas viejas con una cortina asquerosa con pelos de otra gente, no salia agua fría, el secador de no andaba y un olor a viejo que daba asco. Uno llega al hotel diciendo esto es fabuloso pero después queres usar una reposera están todas ocupadas, vas a la pieza y un asco. Van un montón de jovenes que gritan y se piensan que están en una cancha. Realmente uno no se puede relajar. Sobre el agua de la habitación pedí que no lo arreglaran hasta que yo no estuviese presente en la habitación y entraron igual sin mi presencia. Todo mal me pareció! No lo recomiendo!

+: The localization , the place, the view, the restaurants, the staff , the food everything amazing.

-: The noise near of the facility and the drinks in all inclusive is not good. I had bear, wine and sprinkle wine (was good).

+: location was good, that's about it. the food was ok, the staff sucked, and rooms were dirty, but the price was cheap.

-: checking took forever, the staff was rude, the room they have me was terrible since the AC was broke, and the cleaning lady didn't see the chewing gum left on the bed in the room, they finally upgraded my room for free, but I don't overall i would never stay at this resort.

+: Der Ausblick auf das Meer war einfach wunderschön. Das werde ich vermissen. Super Service. Es gab ein Willkommensgeschenk und auf unsere Wünsche wurde eingegangen
