+: Charme du lieu malgré la proximité de la rue. Personnel accueillant

+: Sehr sehr liebes Personal! Super hilfsbereit.Der Außenbereich ist sehr schön angelegt und man hat viele gemütliche Plätze. Die Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet und geräumig. Es gibt auch vier süße Katzen zum kuscheln, die man im Außenbereich antrifft. :)

+: The hotel was physically pleasant - around a nice courtyard, good beds and plumbing.

-: When checking in, we asked the reception staff about noise issues. He said it is quiet. We specifically asked about nearby clubs, bars, etc. he said there would not be a noise problem. At 10 pm began 4 hours of booming sounds from an (outdoor) club 3 doors away, using stadium-sized speakers to project the dj's mix. It was incessant for 4 hours. We had two rooms. My wife and I had an interior room, where the the sound was merely loud. Other family members in a room on the street had more excruciating noise. We complained to the owner the next morning, suggesting that we should not pay for the room due to the misrepresentation of the noise situation. He offered to call the police if we did not pay. We pointed out that desk staff had promised no noise issues, and that we got little sleep. He said we should have checked the online reviews on booking.com where we would have found out that others had complained of noise!

+: De todo. The host (Andrea) is a wonderful person always making sure the guest has everything that he needs.The place is in a very good location and it passes such a nice & chill vibe. Breakfast also complete and good. Totally recommend and I will be back.

+: - Au cœur de Tulum, sur la rue principale donc toujours animé (nous avons pu changer de chambre le deuxième soir et dormir correctement avec moins de bruit !) - Chambre correcte, équipement de la SDB bien - Wifi qui fonctionne bien

-: - Attention à ne surtout pas prendre les chambres qui donnent sur la rue animée. Le premier soir il nous a été impossible de dormir avant 2h (avec des boules quies) tant le bruit était fort. On se serait cru dans une boîte de nuit - Les chambres sont un peu vieillottes et mériteraient un coup de frais

+: Nuestros anfitriones siempre muy atentos, serviciales, sonrientes y al pendiente para dar solución a las necesidades. La ubicación del hotel excelente, cerca del ADO, todo tipo de negocios cerca y pudimos dar un recorrido diario con toda tranquilidad y seguridad. Sin duda lo recomiendo. Sólo a quienes sean muy sensibles con la música electrónica fuerte en la noche pudiera molestarles, pero también dejan tapones para evitar el ruido como parte de las facilidades incluidas en la habitación.

-: Primero nos asignaron 1 habitación (la primera en planta baja), muy húmeda y olor a humedad porque casi no recibe luz solar pero en cuanto les hice la observación nos cambiaron a habitación 5 en planta alta y todo OK.
