+: Готель розташований на побережжі, при виході з номера були одразу на пляжі, сам готель надзвичайно гарний, багато зон для усамітнення і насолоди. Йога класи були супер від готелю безкоштовно тренування.

-: Обслуговування при заселенні, кошти треба перераховувати по одній купюрі перед адміністрацією, відали кошти, порахували, працівник опустив руки під стійку, потім підняв на верх зі словами: тут не вистачає 100 доларів. В готелі до нас вже були такі ситуації і коментарі, але і ми виявилися не готовими після перельоту і дороги були стомлені і потрапили на таку ситуацію. Всі гроші в Мексиці треба ретельно перевіряти і перелічити у своїх руках перед людиною, якій передаєш гроші. Також готель при заселенні бере депозит, який повертає при виїзді, якщо ви нічого не розбили (це було не зрозуміло).

-: La habitación que nos dieron estaba muy próxima al restaurant para desayunar y se escuchaban los ruidos.

-: My recent experience at Maya Tulum Hotel by G-Hotel, nestled in the picturesque Riviera Maya, was a stark lesson in missed potential and managerial neglect. Despite forking over $300 per night, my expectations for a serene retreat were dashed by a litany of oversights and a glaring disregard for basic hospitality norms. The architectural choice of nearly 100% concrete for the hotel's construction contributes to an ambiance that's more austere than inviting. This extends to the luxury huts, where the pervasive issue of sand intrusion and roofs that scarcely fulfill their purpose illustrate a disregard for guest comfort. The lack of sealing on the roof, permitting a view of the sky and unwelcome visits from mosquitoes, further detracts from what should be a fundamental aspect of luxury accommodation. While the proximity to the sea and the potential for breathtaking ocean views from within the hotel grounds are truly impressive, this natural beauty is marred by unattended sargassum seaweed. The stark contrast with neighboring hotels, which diligently manage their beaches, underscores a neglectful approach to maintaining what could be a pristine beachfront experience. Utilities, or the lack thereof, were a critical issue during my stay. The absence of running water, a basic expectation for any lodging, was attributed by staff under anonymity to unpaid bills—a concerning indication of the hotel's financial health. The inoperable phone in the room isolated us further, severing a crucial line of communication with the staff and the outside world. The staff's apparent indifference, possibly stemming from managerial directives, compounded the feeling of neglect. This was epitomized by the lack of acknowledgment or compensation for the inconvenience, not even for the minor consumption of beverages from the minibar. This stay highlighted a profound disconnect between the hotel’s potential and its reality. Don't go for it!

+: Piękny ogród na plaży, w którym są wszystkie pokoje. Piękna plaża z palmami. Piękny widok z basenu. Czysty hotel i pokój. Bardzo wygodne łóżko. Pomocna i miła obsługa. Ładny design pokoju, pokój jest duży z dobrą klimatyzacją.

-: Hotel mógłby trochę lepiej oczyścić plażę z glonów. Glony były sprzątane, ale nie codziennie.

No quisieron dar servicio de alimentos a las 6.30 de la tarde, nos dijeron q el consumo.minimo en bebida era de 1,500, sin embargo no había servicio de cocina.3. La habitación esta fea, sus acabados son de cemento aplanado super austero, la iluminación muuuuy mala.4. La playa no está limpia y la gente del hotel.no hace nada por quitar el sagrazo.5. La piscina del hotel.esta fea y muy pequeña.6. La señal del WiFi es malisima.Definitivamente fue la peor estancia de mis vacaciones, no lo recomiendo en lo más mínimo, me quede en rancho encantado (bacalar), condominio el.faro (playa del carmen), villa flamingos(holbox) y este Definitivamente no me gusto

+: The pool the beach club and the yoga center all great amenities and the rooms were spacious and clean and have everything you need it.

+: Direkt am Strand, wunderschöne Bungalows und einfach tolle Anlage. Das Personal war super nett und die Yoga Class am Morgen war ebenfalls super! Etwas abseits von dem „Party-Strand“, was wir aber super fanden. Ein 20min. Spaziergang am Strand und man ist ebenfalls da.

-: Aufgrund der Algen am Strand hat es des Öfteren gestunken, wofür das Hotel aber an sich nichts kann.
