+: the room was clean, spacious, very comfortable. Loved the black out curtains. The food was good! loved the different themes of restaurants. Staff was very nice and accommodating. No problems during my stay.
-: The resort was under construction. I know this is a necessity to building and growing beautiful resorts. The construction noise was very loud all day long, and some parts of the resort were closed.

+: The walking paths, felt like you were in the jungle and was very beautiful to walk.
-: Timing of restaurants. Having two toddlers who nap after lunch, getting lunch food was challenging. The only thing open before 12p was the grill by the pool and that wasn't always consistent. Room service for lunch wasn't even an option prior to 12p.

+: Comfort and sympathy, and excellent food and beverage!
-: I would prefer better neighborhood amenities: better road to the hotel, better collection of garbage outside the hotel, and better transport cheaper for the neighborhoods

+: Rien.
-: Our recent experience at Dreams Sapphire was unfortunately far from satisfactory.Despite opting for the Preferred Club package, which we hoped would enhance our stay, we encountered several disappointments.Despite claiming to be renovated, the hotel's age was apparent, with evident signs of wear and tear throughout. In our room, a mirror was on the brink of collapse, and an unpleasant humidity odor lingered, even permeating the sheets, which felt damp. Our room didn’t even have a number, so we had to guess which one it was.Regrettably, the staff's demeanor further dampened our experience. Requests for assistance were met with indifference and impoliteness, leaving us feeling unwelcome and undervalued. It became evident during our stay that the staff was overwhelmed and overworked, which unfortunately translated into a lack of willingness to assist guests. There was only one pool concierge for 2 pools, which meant he had to run back-and-forth to assist guests all day.It felt as though our requests were perceived as burdens, and this is certainly not how you expect to be treated in a 5-star hotel. While we certainly empathize with the challenges they may face in their roles, the impact on our overall experience was undeniable. Effective management of staff workload and morale is essential in maintaining a positive guest experience, and regrettably, this aspect seemed lacking during our stay at Dreams Sapphire.Dining reservations proved to be a source of frustration as well for multiple guests, including us. Despite making a booking, we had to wait more than an hour. Yet, this whole time, a table was available and we could see it from the “waiting area”. Attempts to clarify the situation were met with condescension and raised voices, as we were told a family of 7 was still before us on the list (but it was a table of 4)… This lack of professionalism only added unnecessary stress to what should have been a relaxed mealtime.
