-: I was quite disappointed in the food. I have never stayed in an all inclusive resort before, so I can´t say if the standard was lower than usual in such resorts, but I expected better and also just a bigger selection. The buffet was not that big, I have seen much bigger in Las Vegas. The breakfast buffet was quite good, although I have had far better in 5 star hotels. The lunch and dinner buffets were both much smaller than I expected and the food was bland, tasteless and of poor quality. Maybe this is what all inclusive resorts are like, I don´t know. We tried 3 a la carte restaurants, they were of medium and varying quality.

+: The newly renovated rooms, the staff were amazingly helpful. 3 staff members stood out which was Gio - butler, Fernando - tattoo, and Eduardo - activity team. They made a big difference and was super helpful and entertaining.

-: Je suis très déçu j’ai passé une nuit nous étions 3 et arrivions de 24 h de voyages …Notre chambre été réservé pour 3 personnes ..2 adultes et 1 enfant Le lit pour mon fils de 11 ans n était pas prêt … je suis retourné à l’accueil pour le signaler … on m’a confirmer qu’on aller m’envoyer quelqu’un pour le faire et personne n’est venu il été 1 h du matin .. nous avons dormi à 3 dans un lit double !!!À plus de 300€ la nuit je trouve ça anormal … Après une plainte a l’accueil et par mail .. on ne m’a proposer aucun dédommagement… très déçu
