+: Helpful staff, very friendly to families, and solicitous of our well-being during the entire week.

-: The Hobie Cats had some missing parts so we couldn't sail them. But they are working on it. The "three different restaurants" aspect is a little misleading: even though the food is very good, it was more like the same ingredients presented under three different ethnicities - Mexican, Italian, Asian, but the reality was that the beef filet was the same cut of meat each and every time, but with a different sauce.

-: El bar cerraba bebidas alcoholicas a las 23.00 hrs todos los días. Necesita mejorar la coordinación del restoran cuando tienen cenas especiales, se producía mucho caos para poder cenar y la atención era excesivamente lenta en relación a los otros días.

+: Todo me encantó. Es un hotel fabuloso, el personal es muy querido. Todo hermoso.

+: Staff were ok front desk were poor .I paid full price and they gave me a poor room feel like a motel , they also try to push the timeshare even when I paid full price .There was no hot shower .

+: Breakfast was great the staff was super friendly. My only issue was my room bathroom had no door. The food, drinks and pool were super nice!!The hotel rooms needs to be renovated.

-: One of the ladies from timeshare was very nasty and rude ro me. But the hotel staff were friendly.
