+: Breakfast and Staff were amazing. Bartenders at Aqua were incredible. Kids Club staff were so kind to everyone (kids and parents). Gym staff was very helpful.

+: This was literally the best vacation of our lives.  The accommodations were exceptional, the food was unbelievable, and the staff was beyond our expectations.  Tha one and only Palmilla holds a special place in our hearts and memories. We cannot wait to go back.

+: Superb location, beautiful surroundings. The food is out of this world. The staff do their very best to make sure you are comfortable and attentive to your needs. The pool the beach, the vibe is outstanding. I can’t recommend this hotel enough. You have to try the ceviche trio, yummy. The cold plunge became my favourite morning routine. It’s a must try.

-: We had an issue with the air con in our room on the third night, they moved us to another room but unfortunately the shower had a tiny issue. They ended up upgrading up to a huge one bedroom suite for the rest of our stay to apologise for the inconvenience. To be honest. We were happy with our room. It was beautiful but we didn’t need a colder unit as it’s was 39 degrees. It was a very minor issue that was sorted immediately.
