-: Há um ponto lateral a ser endereçado: o risco de quedas decorrentes do piso molhado nos corredores dos quartos. Além dos pequenos avisos atuais, nas paredes, é importante ampliar os avisos, aumentar as rondas e, talvez, usar tapetes nos longos corredores.

+: Increíble el hotel, muy amable el personal, muy buenos servicios y restoranes. Los niños la pasaron increíble, sobre todo en el Aquapark y Kidsdom. Luis y Yamileth un 7!
-: Muy pocas cosas que criticar la verdad, la mayoría son mejoras. En las habitaciones se escucha bastante los portazos de otras habitaciones, y creo que falta insonorización en general. El sector donde está el WC en los baños debería ser más iluminado, la luz es demasiado tenue. La llegada al resort complica un poco, pero es más que nada al buscarlo en Waze o Google Maps ya que envía una ruta incorrecta. Molesta un poco que no sea 100% All Inclusive y que haya ciertas cosas que si se cobran o no están incluidas, pero fue un detalle.
