+: Location Front Beach

-: Reception staffs needs more customer service training

+: The property location was beautiful. It is located very close to the North Beach and the facilities available looked amazing, sadly we were unable to enjoy any of them due to it being so crowded. We also requested an ocean view suite and we ended up on the second floor facing the pool. We were extremely disappointed especially since we booked 3 months in advance. something they would have

-: The beds were horrific I requested a room change and was told,” You’re the only one complaining sorry, lady there is nothing I can do.” We also had an issue with the WiFi. It would shut off completely out of the blue, and we were told we had to put a ticket order in and to call tomorrow and hopefully the tech can come and fix. The hotel is $$$$. As much as we paid I would have expected superb service. Also, we had paid for the taxi who the hotel uses for there transportation service AGI transportation to pick us up from the ferry and bring us back to the ferry for departure keep in mind,(we paid in advance) our driver was supposed to pick us up at 12:30 pm He showed up at 11:00 am an hour and a half early and left us stranded at the hotel because he was waiting for 10 minutes. We were left to pay for a taxi for $80 to the airport. I would NOT recommend Privilege Hotel. There are many beautiful hotels on Isla Mujeres that are half the price and their facilities and service are fantastic.

-: Having to wear a wristband the entire time and one of the couple we were with paid for an upgraded room that overlooked a an ally where the trash would be collected every morning between 5-6am.

-: **ENGLISH BELOW**קיבלתי קלקול קיבה מהאוכל במסעדה במלון, הקאתי במשך 24 שעות. כשפניתי לקבלה הם הציעו לפתור את הבעיה בכך ש״אפשרו״ לי לעשות צ׳ק אאוט מוקדם יום למחרת. ביקשנו שכשהמנהל יחזור שיצור איתנו קשר- כמובן שזה לא קרה. לא שמענו מהם דבר מאז. חוויה מזעזעת, ממש אין תמורה למחיר הגבוה מאוד. **I got an ingestion from the food in the hotel restaurant, I threw up for 24 hours. When I contacted the reception they offered to solve the problem by "allowing" me to check out early the next day. We asked that when the manager returned he would contact us - of course this did not happen. We haven't heard from them since. A terrible experience to go through on vacation, the attitude and way of handling were extremely disappointing. Absolutely no value for the Very hige price.
