+: El hotel es espectacular. Las instalaciones, animación, fiestas, comida y bebida. Las habitaciones grandes, limipeza impecable. La playa del hotel a mi gusto una de las mejores. A tres cuadras esta el ferry que cruza a isla mujeres, zona de antros, Coco Bongo a inas pocas cuadras caminando.

+: The breakfast was wonderful, everyone could choose the food as they wish, it was a lot of food variety. I definitely tell all my friends to stay in this area and Riu Las Americas Cancun. The hotel was clean and grand. The beach was perfect, I loved.
-: Could be a side of quiet zone rooms available for not party animals :))) but overall it was not so loud.

+: O hotel tem atividades durante todo o dia na piscina e a noite existem as festas que são em outro hotel da mesma rede, porém eles providenciam o transporte de ida e volta, achei bem organizado. Não consegui tomar café nenhum dia, pois acordei tarde, mas meu marido adorou, o almoço no restaurante no sistema de self service tinha muitas opções para escolha, o quarto era bem grande, nas avaliações vi muita gente reclamando do ar condicionado e de cheiro de mofo nos quartos, quase desisti de escolher o hotel, não vi nada disso, o quarto estava bem limpo, era bem amplo, a vista para praia excelente, o serviço de quarto funcionou muito bem, recomendo a estadia nesse hotel.
-: As cadeiras na praia realmente ficam cheias, tem que acordar cedo pra pegar sua vaga, mas como são fornecidas toalhas de banho, forrei minha toalha na areia e serviu muito bem.
