+: Lovely view, great weather, some restaurants had great food. Come 11 pm, things got quiet so you could sleep well. The bed was very comfy - we stayed in a preferred junior suite.

-: Stayed in a preferred junior suite - for some reason the designer created a bathroom with a partial wall where the bed rested. Put the lights on in the bathroom at night, and you flood the bed with light. Toilet walls did not reach the ceiling, so you could hear everything. Fan over the toilet did take care of nature's smells. Food in the Market restaurant (buffet) was sometimes good, staff in some restaurants were good but the Oceana staff were sometimes surly. The resort does not give you wrist bands so regular guests used preferred facilities, even people from other resorts did. Why pay extra for preferred?

+: - good and big though cold swimming pools, direct acces from our room - we were given one of the best rooms (or with the best view at least) in our category, just like we asked - nice beach and pier, beautiful location, free snorkel equipment 2hrs everyday

-: - arrived before 15.00, was given the room at 16.30...! only a glass of champagne offered and staff was not helpful - very outdated rooms (phone not working, small outdated tv, clogged sink, no slippers, no bathrobes unless you ask and wait forever for it) - very limited food options, during the day only junk food is available; food overall is bad, no veggies and adapted 100% to American preferences; it was a huge problem for every restaurant to accomodate 7 people - coffee only available at the coffee shop far from thr beach - beach drink service finishes at 5pm which is early. And no coffee - not enough sunbeds - overall price-quality ratio is terrible - agreasive sales strategy, leaflets about additional services (300 usd massages) were left at the door of the room; everyday I was receiving email encouragining to upgrade the room - Hyatt app useless, cannot order room service through it

+: Beautiful location and a terrific staff

-: There was a lot of deferred maintenance. Evidence of some poorly done repair jobs. It looked like a place it was getting ready for a badly needed overhaul.

-: El hotel muy descuidado y excesivamente sucio. Pésima la comida, el servicio y la atención. Muy mal trato al huésped. Las habitaciones con mala limpieza y servicio de recamarera. La comida muy mala y pésima variedad, al igual que la bebida. Atencion del personal malísima

+: La habitación enorme con vistas al mar

-: Quizá la calidad de algunos puntos de restauración no era muy allá pero tenían Convenio con el Hotel anexo. El servicio de habitaciones tardaba demasiado tiempo

-: dirty, the corridor is horrifying no warm water, no information about the preferences (preffered club)

+: Overall good stay, maid service was excellent and staff was awesome

-: Dated amenities, steps were cracked to walk down pool so had to be extra careful not to cut myself. For the price of the sunset dinner the steak was mediocre and of a poor cut, ribeye price for a chuck steak is ridiculous!

+: All restaurants were on the beach. Staff was very friendly. Smaller, more intimate club. Excellent diving access. No need to reserve restaurants. No limit on restaurant visits. Buffet seemed small in comparison, but was very good.

-: Limited access to certain areas for "preferred" guests only. Most resorts include all those services as a part of the all inclusive offer. Came across as cheap and opportunistic. Would have been better to simply charge all guest a few dollars more and made it all accessible to all.
