-: Schallisolierung, unser erstes Zimmer hat stark nach altem Keller gerochen. Außerdem wurden wir unter dem Vorwand und ein anderes Ressort anzusehen, zu einer Verkaufsveranstaltung für den „Unlimited Travel Club“ gefahren. Dazu gibt es zahlreiche kritische Berichte im Internet.

+: We loved the hotel and all the facilities. The room was lovely and the bed was super comfy! All the food was delicious and the cocktails were freshly made by the bar staff. The staff were very welcoming and would definitely stay again!

+: Schöne, kleine Anlage, die Restaurants zum Abendessen sind sehr sehr lecker und die Kellner sehr freundlich.Die Cocktails waren super und an der Poolbar im Wasser waren die Kellner ebenfalls sehr freundlich.Insgesamt eine gute Anlage zum Urlaub machen.
-: Das Einchecken sowie Auschecken dauerte zu Lange.Vor allem beim Ausschecken könnte es viel schneller gehen.Die Mitarbeiter um den Pool und Strand sind nicht so aufmerksam.Insgesamt gibt es für diesen Preis und All inklusive etwas bessere Anlagen rund um Riviera Maya, dennoch ist es eine gute Anlage und wir haben und sehr wohl gefühlt.
