+: La ubicación es increíble, el malecón está caminando puedes conocer todo a unos pasos, el hotel es muy bonito, buenos tragos, excelente comida todo riquísimo, el restaurante Gaviotas te hacen sentir súper especial en el trato, todas las personas que tienen contacto con los huéspedes en especial en mi experiencia en el lobby, maleteros y personal de la Villita Restaurante. Algo que agradecí mucho fue que me entregaron mi habitación antes de las 3:00 pm, un detalle que me encantó al ir con mi pareja y mi mascota. La atención con mi mascota INCREÍBLE se portaron de lo más lindos muy accesibles, lo valoramos inmediatamente.
-: Realmente muy pocas cosas no me gustaron pero en particular algo que es MUY notable es el trato especial que el personal de las barras, la personas que llevan la comida a los camastros y meseros que hacen por los extranjeros, si no hablas inglés es más difícil que te atiendan, francamente lo vi conmigo y con otros huéspedes mexicanos, las propinas siempre estuvieron de lado mío incluso de $50, $100 o hasta $200 que fueron 2 señoritas increíble que me atendieron en Gaviotas (Brisa) y otra señorita en El embarcadero, creo que a todos en un all inclusive nos gustó el buen trato, sin tener que poner primero en la mesa el dinero para que te traten bien.

-: Baustelle direkt auf dem Gelände, da ein neues Restaurant direkt im Resort gebaut wird. Permanente Beschallung durch den DJ am Pool und zu wenig Schattenplätze. Der größere Pool wird von Rentnern belagert, die schon am Abend vorher mit Handtüchern versuchen, Liegen zu reservieren.

+: We upgraded to a suite and it was lovely in every way. Spacious with the most comfortable bed and a deck that overlooked the ocean. The room featured a large sitting area, deck chairs and an outdoor Jacuzzi tub.
-: I would not recommend the Gaviotas restaurant. We had high expectations and a very disappointing meal.
