+: Spacious. Mostly clean. 24 hour security. Comfortable bed. Walkable to some of the points of interest and fairly accessible to public transit to go elsewhere. Quiet street. Shower pressure and temperature good. Security guard front desk agent very friendly and attentive.
-: The kitchen appliances not in great shape. The stove barely worked and was replaced with mild success when we complained. There is water damage to bathroom furniture because it’s made of plywood! So it is rotting away slowly but surely.

+: The staff were friendly and helpful. Although the check in was 3 o clock, they tried to prepare a room for us as we arrived three hours earlier. The location of the place is great and pretty safe and quite.
-: Unfortunately we were very shocked when we entered our room. Everything was very old and rusty. I believe a whole renovation is required. It was very different with what we checked in the published images.
