-: El restaurante de carnes fue super demorado, no cumplio con las expectativas de la comida, debimos ir al restaurante bufet para poder tener una mejor experiencia. Para el desayuno debimos esperar mucho tiempo en la fila. La playa es rocosa y no muy linda. La piscina es mas grande en fotos que en la vida real. Son bastante complicados en el hotel para los servicios de un todo incluido.

+: The location is cool, the hotel have a beach, you can see a lot snorkeling there. The doorman on the gate(the happy one) and the market cafe hostess(the one that set you a table).
-: Amenities, staff not willing to help.the house keeping is managed poorly(didn’t change towels, only folded them, then we waited 45 min to get fresh ones after we asked several times, I’m not talking about sheets, whole new story of lousiness, not cause we are spoiled, cause they were stained not by us!and they still didn’t change them, only rearrange them). Not clean, we had problems with the toilet, and the room had a smell of sewage cause we were about it. The service of one waiter in the market cafe(g****r) giving a vegan who asked many times and emphasised not dairy products, gave me a coffee with dairy milk. Didn’t pay attention to us at least 25 mins, attended only near tables(I speak Spanish fluently, so there is no language barrier). It was the worst hotel of our honeymoon!!!!!!!!! They gave us separated beds after we specifically asked for one bed, why? Cause it is our honeymoon. We didn’t ask for an upgrade, only bed, we mentioned it many times!

Pas deau chaude..pas de lumière pour acceder à la chambre..pas moyen de changer des francs suisses..ils ne connaissent que les dollars..vraiment à ne pas recommander..
