+: Everything was amazing - room, views, staff, food, beautiful sunsets, whale watching from the hotel! Could not have hoped for a better experience…highly recommend. Will definitely be back!

-: Nothing to not like. The only thing to keep in mind is that the beach is not swimmable (more for surfing). The infinity pool is amazing though!

+: The Thompson was amazing. From the moment we arrived until our final day we enjoyed every moment at this lovely resort. The staff, food, and rooms were all to our liking. We already started thinking about our return trip someday. Thank you again for everything, very special Birthday trip!

+: Stunning hotel lobby area and pool bar. Facilities are great.

-: Didn’t feel like a great hotel due to service issues and small attention to detail in the rooms. No usb connections or coffee making in-room. Two large weddings during our stay dominated the atmosphere both days. Areas some facilities not available as a result which no mention of this on check in. Spent a lot of money here over two days didn’t redo it was a good value for money experience, shame as the design and location is great. It just lacked any personal touch
