    +: Great decor. Very good location. Lovely owner. Everything tastefully considered.

    -: Lack of understanding from staff despite owner speaking excellent English. ‘In house’ restaurant really not great. Ate here one evening - starter ridiculously oversized and greasy. Mains, again, over-sized portion. Fish was way way overcooked. Sadly not great. On last day made clear had to be in a taxi by 8.30am - chef decides to start preparing food at 8.15 - needless to say had to leave before breakfast arrived.

    -: Los horarios para el desayuno comenzaban 7;30am y algunos tours salían muy temprano y no daba tiempo de desayunar, por más que te den un box lounch no es lo mismo que desayunar algo que te guste y se te apetezca.El horario de la piscina cerraba igualmente muy temprano, siendo que volvías no tan tarde de los tours.

    +: Hat alles gestimmt sehr hilfsbereites freundliches Personal!!Alle fröhlich und angenehm Sehr sauber Wunderschön durchdachtes Hotel liebevoll arrangiert eine grüne Oase Wenig Zimmer daher familiär nettes Klientel Frühstück lecker und frisch es wird öfter nachgelebt man noch mehr möchteMérida ist extrem laut aber die Zimmer alle weit weg von der Straße hatten seit 3 Wochen endlich nal wieder RuheDer kl Pool reicht um ein paar Bahnen zu schwimmen auch sauber wird tägl gewartet Vielleicht etwas dunkel aber wenn man die Rollos öffnet hell Mosquitotüren und Fenster verschiebbar Tip: das Zimmer am Ende vom Pool nehmen Sonne ab 11 Uhr bis -14:00 am PoolHabe mich vom Roadtrip und umherlaufen in Merida gut erholen können Würde wiederkommen

    +: A short walk (10 min) from the main square, the neighborhood is also near the new Rail Park (La Plancha) which is bound to be a great future attraction. The hotel was lovely and quiet. The neighborhood is a mix of small hotels and some commercial and light industrial areas. Easy to walk to nearby restaurants and attractions in central Merida.

    -: Not really much to complain about. Pool could have been a tad warmer. All the pools on the trip were not heated it seems. Could have a few more breakfast options for those that don't like eggs.
