+: близость к пляжу. красивая бухта, мелкий песочек. заяц в центре отеля. бассейн -: грязь. очень грязно. грязь повсюду. Кондиционеры видимо не чистили с момента открытия. Уборка слишком посредственная, много пыли. лежаки грязные.

+: дизайн отеля шикарный. -: заселение было очень поздним после 16.00. более часа ожидания комнаты. еда в ресторане не вкусная, соленая чересчур. хотя завтраки 10 из 10. в раковина была забитая и вода не сливалась. персонал с улыбкой на лице просто забыл про депозит и не хотел его возвращать, но ввиду того, что у нас были чеки , вопрос решился за час.

+: Интересное оформление отеля в стиле Алисы в стране чудес. Неплохой завтрак (можно выбрать из меню). Очень внимательный персонал. В принципе соотношение цены и качества вполне адекватное. -: Большой минус - отсутствие зонтов на пляже, при среднедневной температуре +34 и облачности 0%, даже самые сильные защитные крема не спасают от солнечных ожогов. В первый день сгорели все включая детей до пузырей... После беседы мужа с менеджером персонально за нашими номерами закрепили два зонта которые нужно было просить принести каждое утро. Второе замечание - в нашем номере плохо работал слив в душе, вода накапливалась и приходилось стоять по щиколотку в воде, обратились на ресепшн там обещали исправить, но так ничего и не сделали.

+: понравилось все в отеле!!! клубный отель, музыка, еда- все в полном порядке!!! Кругом куча кафе, рядом DUTY FREE. -: Море- достаточно спорное! Рядом в него втекает не то канализация, не то- какая- то горная речка, но запах от нее неприятный!!!

+: Все очень чисто, дизайн отеля впечатляет, завтраки оооочень вкусные. Расположен удобно, магазинчики, обменки, кафе все очень близко -: На территории практически нет тени. Нет деревьев, обгораешь моментально.

+: Отель очень стильный, отличная зона бассейна, отличные номера, завтраки по меню очень хорошие -: Главная проблема этого отеля это уборка Можно сказать что они не убирают вообще, забывают тряпки, белье не меняют пока не попросишь Скорость работы и отклика персонала три похода на ресеп и есть результат
