+: до пляжа идти секунд 20 отель не новый но чистый, уборка каждый день, с общего балкона видно пляж, при этом место не шумное, и в целом стейшн 3 не многолюдная. хозяйка клиентоориентированна, помогала в разных вопросах в общем для ночевки на 2-3 ночи в самый раз. -: минусов нет, за свои деньги отличное место!
