Сложилось впечатление, что персонал -редкостные раздолбаи (возможно, не все). Заказали услугу стирки и глажки штанов (срок - 1 день). По факту, через 3 дня принесли в том же виде. Даже не стирали, одежда пахла! Однако, чек на оплату предоставили исправно. После скандала все-таки постирали, но так и не погладили. В Москву поехали в мятых, потому что уже некогда было. Но надо признать, что в итоге деньги за стирку не взяли.Внешний вид, номера!!!, расположение - идеально. Отличный разнообразный завтрак. Как я понял, в выходные дни - полный шведский стол, в будни - блюда по заказу и напитки анлим. Однако они очень большие и сытные. Время проживания: Ноябрь 2016
