+: Шикарное лобби, видно, что здание колониальных времен. Отель находится рядом с историческим центром. -: На завтраке до сих пор ковидные меры, вся еда за стеклом и накладывают ее повара, при этом ни масок, ни перчаток одевать не требуют. Это очень неудобно, повара постоянно кладут много, куча еды остаётся. Сам завтрак тоже сомнительного качества, вроде выбор большой, но все невкусное, к сожалению. На ванной были чужие волосы( Заезжали в отель в час ночи одни, никого больше не было, персонал нес чемоданы в номер полчаса. Я уже успела позвонить на ресепшн и выйти самой за ними, но встретила белмана в коридоре. Нести чемоданы так долго - особенно ночью, когда мы очень хотели спать, непозволительно.

Удобная кровать, спать прекрасно, неплохая еда на заказ в номер.Переконтоваться на пару дней прекрасно, чтобы не ездить куда-то далеко для просмотра достопримечательностей. -: Вид из номера на крышу так себе, нет балкона.Не нашли утюг.Номер уже уставший, но, в целом, всё в хорошем состоянии.

+: Персонал выше всяких похвал! В холле живая музыка по вечерам. В номерах чисто, есть все необходимое, и даже больше. Отель очень красивый и комфортный. Завтрак на любой вкус - от фруктов до разнообразного мяса. -: Регистрация заселения и выезда занимает около получаса, хотелось бы оперативнее.

+: Весь пакет услуг "Бизнес", входящий в стоимость данного номера, безупречен и очень мне понравился. Это было действительно удобно. Прекрасная еда, закуски, напитки. Приятные интерьеры лобби 15 этажа. Очень красивый уютный и удобный номер. Красивые интерьеры отеля и ресторанов. -: Проживала в номере люкс с видом на закат на 16 этаже. Регистрация приезда и отъезда для этого номера проходила отдельно на 15 этаже и была заявлена как дополнительное удобство типа "экспресс-регистрация", то есть быстро. На самом деле чек-ин проходил ОЧЕНЬ медленно, две девушки одновременно долго копались, хотя я очень устала и хотела быстрее попасть в номер. А отъезд был вообще ужасен. Чек-аут прошёл быстро, но дальше мне ровно 20 минут (!) везли чемодан из номера к выходу из отеля. 20 минут! В то время, как мне надо было в аэропорт и у меня всё было точно рассчитано.
