+: одно разочарование -: начнём с расположения. представьте, что отель находится в доках, постоянные пробки, выхлопные газы. вас отделяет от этого всего тоненький заборчик, и да у отеля есть бассейн, но там воняет выхлопными газами. так себе удовольствие. в отеле 5 звезд открыт только 1 ресторан, общий шведский стол. кормят ужасно, ни овощей, ни рыбы, ни шампанского с утра. НИЧЕГО. еда посредственная, не вкусная. отдельно о персонале- такое чувство, что главное чему их научили это говорить хеллоу, и все. ничего не умеют, не помогли вызвать такси даже. уборка в номере - днём в 13-00 легла поспать перед спа, в 15-30 ушла в спа и нажала кнопочку уборки, вернулась вечером, а номер не убран!! зато при выезде в 11-30 уже звонили когда вы выселяетесь. не понимаю за что отелю дали 5*, это максимум 3!!.

+: Отель Рэдиссон - единственное приличное место в городе Себу, как-будто оазис европейского комфорта и тишины среди хаоса.Очень вкусные и разнообразные завтраки.Очень комфортная кровать, спится прекрасно.Вид на грязный индустриальный Себу. -: Сразу скажу, к отелю вопросов никаких, отель прекрасный.Смотреть в городе нечего, всё достопримечательности высосаны из пальца. Надо проезжать мимо этого помоичного города, а лучше вообще не заезжать.

+: Хорошие номера, удобное расположение. -: За последний год третий раз останавливаюсь в этом отели. Первые два раза не было проблем. Обслуживающий персонал нужно вызывать за несколько дней вперед и все равно есть вероятность что можно не дождаться. Номера не убирают, вещи третий день подряд никто не может забрать в стирку.

+: Персонал все время хочет чем то помочь, от открывания двери и вызова такси, до организации тура по островам на лодке. Все продумано до мелочей. Отель хоть и не новый, но все чисто и аккуратно. Вайфай отменный. Рядом огромный торговый комплекс. -: Отель находится на пересечении оживленных трасс и соседствует с грузовым портом, соответственно шум вблизи отеля(в номерах тишина) особенно когда находишься в бассейне, который на территории отеля. Бассейн неглубокий. Нет российских тв-каналов(((

Отель находится на пересечении оживленных трасс и соседствует с грузовым портом, соответственно шум вблизи отеля(в номерах тишина) особенно когда находишься в бассейне, который на территории отеля. Бассейн неглубокий. Нет российских тв-каналов(((Персонал все время хочет чем то помочь, от открывания двери и вызова такси, до организации тура по островам на лодке. Все продумано до мелочей.
