+: Я бронировал отель 1 мая 2022 года на сайте booking.com за более чем два месяца до поездки. Мы приехали в отель и нам сказали что в отеле для нас нет места. Я обращался в booking.com но не получил никакой помощи помощи от службы поддержки. Никакой помощи от booking.com НЕ БЫЛО !!!!!! В отеле нам сказали отменяйте бронь или живите в другом отеле который мы вам дадим. На все наши жалобы ответ от отеля был такой : Бронь была от booking.com и жалуйтесь в booking.com У нас не было выбора ( был вечер и мы были с ребенком) и нам пришлось ехать и жить в отель который был далеко от центра города на горе. Такое хамское отношение к клиентам недопустимо !!!!! От отеля не было даже извинений. Отель получил свои деньги. Booking.com получил свои проценты. Мы получили испорченный отпуск. +: Очень удобное расположение, завтрак на красивой террасе, если там есть место. Отличный ресторан. Есть стоянка, что с машиной просто необходимо. -: Сначала мы заказали комнату с видом на горы, но на самом деле оказалось, что вид на горы, только если высунуть пол корпуса из окна и повернуться налево.

+: былая колониальная роскошь - когда то наверно быль роскошный отель, увы мы это не застали -: сняли с карты сумму значительно превышающую оплату и отказались вернуть. персонал реагирует с улыбкой, только когда обращаешься не по проблемам. если проблема - сразу каменные лица. Номер убирался плохо, отсутствие туалетных принадлежностей в отеле 4 звезды - не допустимо. завтраки очень скромные.
