+: Персонал!!!!!! -: Запах грибка и плесени в зале для завтрака! У многих сразу проявлялась аллергия, видно было, как люди чешут глаза, страдают от насморка, нужно почистить воздух обязательно! Ужасный, просто безобразный Wi-Fi. Невозможно соединиться, выбрасывал с каждой страницы, 5 минут подключение, 30 секунд работы и все заново... И еще важное - номер был указан как 25 кв.метров, в результате была клетушка метров 14, других номеров, как нам сказали не было, но это некрасиво обманывать!

+: Просторный чистый номер, хороший завтрак шведский стол, рядом с метро (буквально в 3 минутах ходьбы), в 5-7 минутах ходьбы до торгового центра Элькорт Инглес, где есть множество магазинов и супермаркет. До Площади Росиу-минут 15-20 не спеша пешком. -: Завтрак разнообразнее. За 5 дней проживания в отеле поднадоело, хотя он и был хорош и было из чего выбрать.Но здесь проблема не только этого отеля, а большинства европейских.

+: Уютный номер с хорошей мебелью и видом из окна, комфортная ванная. Хорошие завтраки, достаточно разнообразные, на 4*, шампанского нет, как обычно бывает в 5*. И по комфорту все-таки стандартные 4*. -: Отсутствие халатов и тапочек. Это не соответствует сервису 5*. В номере было зябко, и халата очень не хватало для комфорта. На завтрак очередь. Достаточно далеко от исторических прибрежных районов. По фото ожидала более исторической аутентичной обстановки.
