+: This is my 2nd time is Praslin, but first time in Raffles. There nothing to complain about thisproperty. Aside from amazing views and the upgrades, the exceptional staff are commendable. Special mention to Cecille from the restaurant, to reception ladies Stacy,Dominique, Danielle and the guys doing the buggy transfer, you are all doing your job with passion. thank you all

+: Location of the resort is beautiful. Buggies are plenty and usually fast. Rooms are nice, comfortable.
-: The service falls below average standards, with a mix of pleasant and accommodating staff alongside others who are rude and unprofessional. For instance, one frustrated buggy driver drove recklessly without communication, causing discomfort. Additionally, during our 3-day stay, coffee capsules were only replenished once. At dinner, we spotted what appeared to be a rat but later discovered it was a hedgehog. We also glimpsed a small mouse but were unable to capture a photo.
