+: Отель хороший, но немного уставший. Необходимо СРОНО поменять подушки.! Да сама кровать уже «подсела». Номер чистый, размер для одного более чем.. Расположение отеля - самое лучшее на курорте- можно ходить в тапках и халате прямо на процедуры в мед. центр. Служащие в отеле - нормальные, доброжелательные люди, как в принципе и все словенцы. Отель ( и другие вокруг) тянет из последнего лямку выживаемости, туристов ооочень мало. Хотя нам это и плюс. Кафе вокруг раз два и обчелся.. В самом отеле кормят на - 4 из 5. Бассейн - большой, но немного грязный.. освещение также плохое. В СПА центре - есть четыре видов саун, но снежная и минибасы не работают - ковид. Русская баня норм- но почему в ней темно не мог понять))), и пол холодный очень- керамика. Резюме- вернусь в Рогашку ещё раз, но буду жить в других отелях, во всяком случае проверю и их.

+: очень удобно ходить пить воду и в клинику на лечение. просторный удобный номер с 2-мя спальнями -: нет воды питьевой. нет чайного набора. в дорогом номере это должно быть. попали на праздник и 1,5 суток не работали магазины

+: Удобно принимать лечебные процедуры, так как все находиться в самом отеле. Хорошее расположение. Лечебная вода снижает сахар в крови.

+: В целом все отлично, очень солидный отель. -: Чуть душновато было в ресторане и кровать в номере не двуспальная, а две соединенные односпалки. Но это мелочи.

+: Близко к источнику воды. Когда возникла угроза карантина, отель пошёл навстречу и вернул часть средств, так как мы решили улетать раньше. З - Забота! Это говорит о том, что им в первую очередь важны люди, потом прибыли! В отличии например от случая в Израиле, где предложили просто приехать в другой раз, хотя люди даже ещё не прилетели. Вообщем, как только вся канитель с вирусом закончится, приедем туда ещё не один раз! Отдельное спасибо Ирен, которая в последний момент успела позвонить и предупредить, что граница с Хорватией закрыта, и мы спокойно вылетели из Любляны. П - Профессионализм!

+: Прекрасный отель. Внимательный персонал. Прекрасные завтраки. Чистота в номерах. -: Хочется попить в номере чай. Но, к сожалению, нет чайника и румсервис чай в номер не приносит. Для этого нужно обязательно идти в бар.
