+: Meersicht im 7. Stock, Sonnenuntergang, ruhig. Genügend Trinkwasser jeden Tag frei. Kaffee im Zimmer. Kühlschrank gut.
-: Frühstück im benachbarten Hotel. Fussmarsch über Treppen, nicht barrierenfrei. Qualität und Auswahl für westliche Gäste qualitativ am unteren Ende. Grosser Rummel, viel zuviele Leute aus verschiedenen Hotels. Personal nicht sehr freundlich. Früchte Auswahl bescheiden. Vor dieser Situation (Frühstück nicht im selben Hotel) müsste bei der Buchung gewarnt werden. Swimmingpool im Parterre eher klein, keine Bar. Keine Minibar im Zimmer.

+: The room(3604) was very spacious with a comfortable bed, largish balcony with a nice view
-: There policy on how they handle returning deposits on your CC. They took 3000 THB which was ok but It was never explained to me at check-in that they would hold onto the deposit up to 14 days after checking out, and I still had to pay an additional 3,307 Thb for laundry instead of them using the deposit. They even tried to charge me for an unopened bottle of water (which is complimentary) which had frozen and cracked in the fridge. Its not the price which was 40THB, its the principle
