-: The property was good and the staff was also friendly, but there was no easy way to connect with the staff if we wanted any thing. No room service was available. There was no security guard at the gate as well. There was no options was breakfast and fruit which was kept was hardly few pieces for 3 people.

+: The property offers a quiet, peaceful retreat just few minutes' walk from the busy, bustling Jontien beach. The pool was well maintained and afforded a cool retreat in the heat of the day.
-: No restaurant or bar facilities. No one turned to clean the room during our entire stay. The furniture was very poorly maintained. It was impossible to plug in the kettle on a level surface without using the floor, and the toilet leaked. It was rated 4* on Booking.com, but I have enjoyed a higher standard of accommodation in most 3* facilities in Thailand. It felt like the owner had forgotten about this place because with a decent refurb and the inclusion of facilties every other 4* would offer it could be really good
