+: Superb location and Premium Room was spacious and comfortable. We loved one of the pool and there were always sun beds available (visited in early March)

+: The staff members were extremely friendly, expecially Timmy and Tom from the pool bars
-: The floor around the pool was extremely slippery, I slipped over and hurt my back, bottom and foot. 2 staff saw it happen but yet no one asked me how I was the next day or even offered me anything like a free drink or meal. In the span of 2 days I saw 5 different people slip over
