-: They don’t explain that the property is built on a series of VERY steep hills. The staff are utterly communicative. You climb a long way to find the pool - no staff and pool towels are in reception at bottom of hill! No information in the room unless you have ‘WhatsApp’. I could go on but suffice to say will not book there again.

+: J ai tout aimé. Le personnel avenant, gentil, discret et réactif. L emplacement exceptionnel, 2 plages face au complexe. Le petit déjeuner est le meilleur de tout les resorts des alentours : goûteux, varié et le personnel agréable. La petite promenade pour aller manger au centre ville agréable et la mosquée à deux pas !!!
-: Rien ou si : lorsque je lis les commentaires négatifs sur le soi disant rapport qualité prix ou l’emplacement ou autre : j aimerais dire aux personnes s’il existe un hôtel avec cette vue, la taille du chalet , avec un personnel au petit soin sur la Riviera ou à Arcachon à ce prix là et accessible aux familles modestes? Non donc tout est parfait !! En sachant que nous sommes sur des plages paradisiaques

-: The room was not cleen when arrived. Probably the worst room I slept in. So much old dirt. The bed was hard and gave me backpain and couldn't sleep. Hard pillows. The only nice thing about the room is the view. It says that the hotel is on the beach, but it takes about 5-10 min to walk from the room beacuse the Resort is so big. The pool was in bad condition. The staff did not even tell me where it was so had to walk around to find it my self. It was Probably fine once in a time. If I kneew this I would have found another hotell at Phi Phi. Since the Resort is big it takes more thank 10 min to walk from town. Definitivt not worth the price pr night.
