+: Accès à la plage juste devant l’hôtel.
-: Les chambres étaient sales. Le personnel n’était pas très accueillant. Quand nous sommes arrivés, il était noté que la piscine n’était pas accessible et que si on voulait on pouvait annuler notre réservation. Seulement , en nous prévenant à l’arrivée tous les hôtels de l’île étaient complets donc ils savaient bien que nous n’avions pas le choix de rester. Aucun dédommagement n’a été accordé et ils nousont répondu cela en nous riant au visage. Très peu professionnel. Mes amis avaient une chambre sans serviette de bain, nous avons envoyé un message sur le whatsapp de la réception et on nous a laissé en « vu » sans aucune réponse et malgré le « nettoyage » qui a été fait le lendemain, aucune serviette de bain n’avait été déposée. On a du se débrouiller entre nous car à chaque fois que nous allions à la réception elle était fermée. Les chambres sont très loin de l’entrée de l’hôtel.

-: Nessun presidio di notte e nessuno risponde mai al telefono. Se banalmente perdi la chiave della stanza non hai nessuno che ti possa assistere. Non c'è un bar, il che rende la bella veranda vista mare praticamente inutile. Sarebbe carino poter prendere un aperitivo, un succo di frutta, un caffè..... è un hotel con un grande potenziale ma lasciato allo sbando

+: I paid for best room and it was nice room with fantastic balcony and view and that’s what it is all about and nice couple of beaches walking to long beach. It’s all about relaxing the resort has nothing else to offer but I had a good time I would recommend the room and view
-: Got to the resort sign on counter saying pool not in use under maintenance. That was 1st I knew of it. The pool looked like it fell down n been out of action atleast 2 years there’s no work going on around pool and to be honest I’m a builder it’s not worth saving. no bar to socialise there’s a fridge in so called reception with cans of pop and beer that’s it outside grounds need maintaining it could be a great place but no one is interested
