-: ห้องน้ำเหม็นอับ ผ้าม่านกันน้ำเก่า มีคราบสกปรก ก๊อกอ่างล้างหน้ามีสิ่งอุดตัน ไม่มีน้ำอุ่นอาบ ภาชนะในห้องอาหาร ทั้ง จาน ชาม ถ้วยกาแฟเก่า ขอบแตกบิ่น การดูแลความสะอาดไม่ดี มีแขกนำภาชนะวางไว้นอกห้อง ข้ามวันไม่มีการจัดเก็บ การบริการของพนักงาน ไม่ได้แย่ (ส่วนตัว ไม่ได้ต้องการการดูแล) แต่ขาดการเอาใจใส่ต่อลูกค้า ลูกค้าเดินเข้าออก ผ่านหน้าเคาท์เตอร์ ไม่มีการ มองหน้า หรือทักทายยิ้มแย้ม ก้มหน้าดูโทรศัพท์ หรือจอคอมพ์ คิดว่าเป็นภาพลักษณ์ที่ไม่ดีนัก สำหรับธุรกิจการให้บริการ
