+: Walking distance to the beach and shops. Price was good

-: Had some difficulty communicating with staff due to a language barrier. The first room they gave us was a deluxe room but there is no privacy in any of the bathrooms and the frosted glass shower is very revealing. A bit awkward if you're sharing with friends or colleagues. Even the twin room was like that and I just had to make do. The gym was basic and closed at 2000. Would have been to have 24 hours access to the gym.

+: Love the design of the room, the huge bath tub, the aircond system easy to control, very comfy shower, great location near to the beach and opposite of 7E. The friendly staff.

-: The downside is that if you’re looking for quiet & peace environment, this isn’t for you. It’s quite noisy and hard to sleep at night cos there’s a food court directly beneath the hotel. And in the morning you’d be woken up by the muay thai gym below. The hotel is also quite packed all the time, everyday, we tried to call housekeepers to make up our room several times and they only came around 4pm.

+: The hotel staff is very friendly and welcoming. The deluxe premium room is beautiful, exactly as in the pictures, very spacious, clean and well equipped. It was a pleasure staying there. Being located close to the beach, all necessary shops and attractions are located nearby. The roof top pool area is great with an amazing view of the beach at sunset. We booked some trips through the in house travel agency and all of them were amazing and worth the money. We can't say the same about other trips we booked through outdoor travel agents.

-: The area is quite busy at night. Bar music on the beach plays until 2 am. Depending on which side of the hotel one stays, it may be loud. I used ear plugs to dampen the noise. Breakfast was not included in the room rate but could be booked separately, on a daily basis, in the breakfast room. The selection is rather limited and always the same, but well cooked.
