+: Location and Proximity to popular tourist attractions were great. Room was nice and big with daily housekeeping, no minibar which would have been good but many stalls and food options directly outside the hotel lobby Sink Positioning was different yet refreshing, hotel issues ie shower issues were all quickly fixed upon calling reception Staff were also very helpful, have always been trying to make it better for the guests

-: At the end of my stay, the hotel reception had asked me to pay 500 Baht for room charges at the bar, when I did not use the hotel bar at any point during my stay; the staff were helpful in rectifying the issue and making sure I don’t pay 500 Baht once the bartender game downstairs and confirmed they had never seen our face. Someone else said our room numbers as theirs, and signed with their signature, the staff then searched the system for the room number and put my name on the bill to make it seem legit when the actual guest ordering the drinks should be writing their “room number” and “nam and “signature” as to make sure there were no errors. The system is flawed as it allowed someone else to put a room charge on my room account. Causing a 30 min delay and missing my bus cost me 500 baht in taxi as the next bus was 1 hour later, they had to wait until the bartender came to make sure they didn’t recognise me, it should not be a reliability factor that the bartender has come down 2 days later to see my face to make sure that I didn’t drink at the bar. The staff were lovely but they should never fill the name section of the bar charge by searching up my name from the room number in the hotel system. It is the guest job to write their room number , name and signature as to make sure no guests can get their bar charges mixed up. Everyone make sure to check their room charges and Tabs at the end of the stay and ensure nothing is wrong with the final room charge. Staff should be retrained to always collect Room number, name, and signature during a room charge to make sure there is no discrepancy, not fill in a bar charge themselves once they close up.
