+: the veiw

-: Massively noisy. The bars and live bands around the building makes it IMPOSSIBLE to sleep before two o'clock in the morning. The lovely balconies are ruined by the old AC units that are VERY noisy and blow out hot air, but they do little to cool the apartments.
