Tours and prices for holidays at the hotel Crest Resort & Pool Villas 5* 2024-2025 Thailand, Patong

+: The location and some staff was good but didn’t seem like a 5 star hotel the rooms lacked and the staff doesn’t know how to speak english so it’s kind of difficult explain.

-: The property lacks a 5 star rating it didn’t seem like a 5 star hotel as the rooms interior lacked and the service is not how it should be. I ordered a floating breakfast for my wife and I and we barely got anything we ordered the whole order was messed up and even after 3 complaints they didn’t compensate us with anything.

+: Hotel in general is great. Facilities are good and nice quiet vibe.Shuttle service to town and local shops 5 minutes walk away.

-: Not sure about the toilet doors which are open at the top and bottom. It's quite far from the town and very hilly so hard to walk it.

+: الفندق هادئ وطاقم العمل ممتاز ولايوجد به حشرات ونظيف وسعره يعتبر جيد مقارنة بالسكن

-: بوفيه الإفطار غير متنوع بالإضافة إلى بعد الفندق عن باتونغ تحتاج سيارة للذهاب والعودة او تركب الباص الخاص بالفندق ب 100 بات للشخص الواحد .. ايضا الفندق يعتبر مستهلك ويحتاج الى تجديد في الأثاث والعناية اكثر بالمرافق ..

+: Ayant prévenu l’hôtel que notre vol a été retardé à 1heure de matin le jour de notre première arrivée et après avoir fait une demande de changement de chambre afin de profiter de la nuit de la chambre la plus chère du resort, aucun geste et une réponse négative a été reçu de leur part, personnel a l’accueil arrogant et ne voulant rien savoir.À part cela, une piscine avec une belle vue, mais chambre et hôtel vieillissant.Climatisation éteinte à notre arrivée à 01h00 pour une chambre à 450€ la nuit ça fait mal.
